Flat for rent: modern living in a compact space

We invite you to explore the rental flat, designed in collaboration with our business partners. For this project, we aimed to create an interior that is not only stylish and contemporary but also highly functional – tailored for comfortable everyday living. The flat’s unconventional, elongated layout presented a creative challenge, encouraging us for clever planning solutions that make the most of every square metre.

The interior features a striking black-and-white colour palette, warmed by oak textures and soft, golden-yellow tones.

Living room and workspace

The living area is compact yet functional and thoughtfully designed, containing everything needed for everyday comfort. Given the limited space, we positioned the coffee table beside the sofa rather than in front of the TV unit, leaving more room to move freely around. Special attention was also given to storage solutions. Along the living room wall, a seamless combination of furniture appears custom-made, comprising a spacious wardrobe, wall-mounted cabinets, and a long desk for work.

Dining area

The dining and living areas are subtly separated by a floor-to-ceiling shelf with drawers – both a decorative feature and additional storage space. The dining table is extendable, making it easy to accommodate extra guests when needed.

Kitchen

The anthracite kitchen fronts and oak countertop blend harmoniously with the flat’s overall colour scheme and style. A standout feature here is the bar, which visually separates the kitchen from the dining area.

Bathroom

In this small but carefully planned space, every element has its place. The open vanity unit was chosen to complement the toilet’s position, keeping the interior light and uncluttered. A matching shelf from the same series continues the design line alongside the mirrored cabinet. To ensure there is ample storage, an additional closed cabinet has been installed above the toilet.
