What's on the agenda?

• Coastal real estate market. Raimondas Reginis, head of market research at “Ober-Haus”, will provide an overview of the latest developments and future prospects in the coastal real estate market.

• The future of Klaipėda. Gerda Antanaitytė, architect from ALTITUDES, will invite to explore what is shaping the Klaipėda of tomorrow.

• How will we grow the Klaipėda region? A panel discussion featuring Vitalijus Vaičiulis, manager of the IKEA Klaipėda small store, Laurynas Danius, commercial director at Auksetas, Raimondas Reginis, head of market research at Ober-Haus, Gerda Antanaitytė, architect from ALTITUDES, and neuroeducator Santa Golubevė.

• Networking. Following the presentations and discussion, you will have the opportunity to meet fellow attendees, exchange ideas and build new professional connections.

As part of the event, you'll be treated to a canapé tasting hosted by ULDU chef Tadas Eidukevičius.
