Gift cards for business customers
Treat your employees with something that gives a flexibility in choosing the gift themselves. IKEA gift card means plenty of gifts for reasonable prices in 45 square centimetres.
How to get it?
If you would like to purchase a gift card, please contact the Business Customer Manager by phone at +370 691 03630 or email [email protected]. We will top up your gift card with the amount you want.
Rules for using the gift card
The gift card can be used to pay for goods and/or services at IKEA customer meeting points in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai. It cannot be used for online shopping or to purchase alcohol or tobacco products. You can make unlimited payments until the balance on your gift card reaches EUR 0.00. You can check your gift card balance at the cash desk.
Other important information
- The gift card is valid for 12 months from its date of purchase.
- The card is not valid for use until it has been loaded with cash.
- This card cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
- A VAT invoice is not issued for the purchase of a gift card.
- Neither lost nor damaged cards will be replaced or refunded.
- If you find a lost gift card, please take it to an IKEA customer meeting point in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda or Šiauliai.
