Who can buy goods using a loan?

  • Any permanent resident of Lithuania.
  • The borrower must have a permanent official monthly income.
  • Age of the borrower: from 18 years.

Information about paying for a purchase using a loan:

  • Loan amount: from 100 € to 15 000 €.
  • Loan term: from 3 to 36 months.
  • A qualified Smart-ID, AS “Citadele banka” internet bank or eSignature, as well as a passport or ID card are required for issuing a loan.

How it works

If the total amount of your shopping basket is 100 € or more, you can pay in instalments. The process consists of 6 simple steps.

At the IKEA Vilnius store:

  1. Scan the QR code on the price tag.
  2.  Authenticate.
  3. Fill in application form.
  4. Receive an offer in 5 minutes.
  5. Sign the agreement with Smart ID, AS “Citadele banka” internet bank or eSignature. After signing, you will receive an email with a barcode, which you will need to activate at the Return and Replacement department (1st floor).
  6. Pay at the checkout by showing the barcode you have received and activated.

At the IKEA selling points in Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai:

  1. Scan the QR code on the price label.
  2. Authenticate.
  3. Fill in application form.
  4. Receive an offer in 5 minutes.
  5. Sign the agreement with Smart ID, AS “Citadele banka” internet bank or eSignature. After signing, you will receive an email with a barcode, which you will need to activate at the checkout.
  6. Pay at the checkout by showing the barcode you have received and activated.
