Join us every weekend until Christmas and get into the festive spirit. Explore creative workshops for adults and children, take a photo with Santa, join a fun Christmas tree undecorating competition, enjoy tastings, games and gifts.
Creativity weekend
Wreath-making workshop
Create your own Christmas wreath and add a personal touch to your home this festive season. We’ll provide all the tools and decorations you need, share the latest styling trends and a few handy tips, and leave the fun part to you – creating your wreath.
Duration: 60 minutes.

- 21 November, 12:00 and 14:00, at the IKEA Vilnius store (Swedish Restaurant, 2nd floor).
- 22 November, 10:00 and 11:30, at the IKEA Klaipėda small store (Kitchen department).

Gift wrapping workshop
Discover creative ways to make every gift look extra special. You certainly won’t leave this workshop empty-handed, but there’s one catch: you won’t know exactly what you’ve wrapped until it’s time to unwrap gifts.
Duration: 60 minutes
When? 22 November, 12:00 and 14:00.

Christmas tree undecorating competition
Two trees, two teams and a whole pile of Christmas decorations to take down and pack neatly into boxes. The fastest team will earn the winner’s title, but there will be prizes for both teams. Join the fun!
When? 21–22 November, 12:00–16:00.
Where? At the IKEA Vilnius store (entrance to the Market hall, 1st floor)

Advent calendar with prizes
You can take home more than just your purchases. Simply show your receipt at the stand, open a window on the Advent calendar, win a tasty treat from the Swedish Food Market!

Photo shoot with Santa
Before the festive season begins, Santa will once again be visiting our stores and looking forward to meeting everyone who would like a festive photo. Smiles, good cheer and an instant photograph to take home are guaranteed!

Gingerbread cookies: workshop for kids
Join us for a fun festive workshop where children can decorate their own gingerbread cookies.

Christmas decorations: workshop for kids
What could be more charming than handmade Christmas decorations? Decorations you've made yourself, of course! All you need is a little imagination and colourful PYSSLA beads.
When? 12 December, 12:00–16:00.
Where? At the IKEA Vilnius store (Swedish Restaurant, 2nd floor).

Crack the Christmas code
Santa's elves have been up to mischief and left a coded message for families to solve. Can you work out what they're trying to say? As you make your way through the store, look out for stickers featuring symbols and letters. Find them all, uncover the secret message and you'll receive a surprise.
When? 12–13 December, 12:00–16:00.
Where? At the IKEA Vilnius store (Showroom, 2nd floor).
Will the soft toy friends be there?
Absolutely! Beloved favourites The Meatball, The Bun, The Teddy Bear, The Heart and FRAKTA will be welcoming visitors by the entrance and in the checkout area throughout the event.

St Lucia’s Day – the festival of light
Join us for a special breakfast as we listen to festive choral singing, enjoy traditional Swedish treats and begin the countdown to the return of the light.
When? 13 December, 10:30.
Where? At the IKEA Vilnius store (Swedish Restaurant, 2nd floor).

Festive tastings
Free tastings will take place over four weekends in a row at our Vilnius store, and during the first weekend of December in Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai. Drop by to sample traditional Swedish snacks and drinks, and find festive treats for your Christmas table.
