IKEA Japan's Co-worker Benefits

We are always guided by IKEA's vision of creating a better everyday life for customers and co-workers. The company has many benefits on offer to help co-workers have a secure, active and long career.

"Hatarakueru" is a welfare commendation/certification system for private companies that certified IKEA Japan as a welfare promotion corporation for our extensive benefits and efforts to make sure they are used.
