Sweet waffles with cloudberry jam and whipped sour cream

Ingredients:

Serves: 4 | Time: 20 min

1 pkg VÅFFLOR waffles (12 pcs)

150 ml cream (40% fat)

150 ml sour cream (35 – 40% fat)

1 tbsp. honey

1 jar SYLT HJORTRON cloudberry jam (not available in Japan)

Powdered sugar

 

Step by step:

  1. Heat the waffles.
  2. Whip cream, sour cream, and honey together to a thick cream.
  3. Top each waffle with cream and jam, and dust with powdered sugar.
