HOWEVER, when I unpacked the bed frame I noticed the wooden bed slats were dirty, there were even paint stains at places and it seemed like it was used before. It was unpleasant having it clean. This item would have been wonderful if it wasn't sold dirty.2

I was ready for disappointment (I even assembled it incorrectly) but much to my surprised this minimal bed frame is the real deal! I got it on sale and that made it even better. such a great purchase!

This is a nice, solid bed frame. It's easy to put together, doesn't squeak and could also be dressed up with paint or fabric. Good value for the price.
