SÖDERHAMN Corner section frame

The SÖDERHAMN sofa series consists of modules that you can combine in any way that suits you and your home. You can also change the sofa whenever you like - either because you need new functions or just because it's fun with a little variation.

With SÖDERHAMN we wanted to use materials efficiently and make a really comfortable sofa that also has a light, airy design. That's why we did things a little differently than usual and put elastic webbing in the bottom of the sofa. It works together with the seat cushions to give a soft, slightly springy feeling. To this we added a generous seat depth and loose back cushions, so you can always arrange your sofa so it's perfectly comfortable for you.

"The idea with SÖDERHAMN sofa is that you build your own combination by putting together the different sections to suit your home. One of the challenges in the design process was bringing in environmental thinking from the start and using materials efficiently. That's why we put elastic webbing in the bottom of the sofa which works together with the seat cushions to give a soft, slightly springy feel. And that's also what creates the light, airy style that I wanted to give the sofa."

The SÖDERHAMN series is a great example of how we find new ways to make the most out of resources. It comes flat-packed, allowing us to cut down on transportation and our carbon emissions - making it more affordable. Who says comfort has to come at a high price?
