    Use an opal light bulb if you have an ordinary lamp shade or lamp and want an even, diffused distribution of light.

    The lamp base should not be used with a glass lampshade since it is too heavy and can cause the lamp base to tip.

Oversized & perfect for space. Great value!

I love this lamp - it's the 2nd one I've purchased for my living room. It takes away the need for a side table with lamp so that I can have a larger couch in the room.
