Extremely smellyAnonymous reviewerI was shocked at how smelly it was when I opened and unfolded it. I had to keep it in a ventilated room, as well as on the balcony for a full week - in addition to continuosly patting and turning it. I was disappointed I couldn’t use it right away. In addition, it made my bedroom unusuable during that time - when I just soent an hour in there even with the window open and a fan on, I got a headache and felt sick from the intense synthetic smell. Reviewing the comfort, it is pretty good and makes our hard sofa bed a bit softer and more confortable. If you want a big upgrade for your main bed that lasts a long time and has a big impact, buy the more expensive mattress pad instead. Based on the horrible smell, I would not recommend or buy this product again.2
