disappointing!Anonymous reviewerIt was sold as a chair/headrest set. I bought it because I needed to support my neck after suffering a cervical fracture last May. In the promotion video the headrest could be vertically adjusted, a very good feature for sensitive necks. There was no height recommendation in the descriptions of the product. I am 170cm tall, and so I bought it despite its pricey tag. However, when it arrived, I found that even the lowest height of the headrest was a bit too high for me, and in the reclining position, the headrest gets further away from my neck, so I find myself straining my neck as a result instead of resting. I bought it to rest my neck, not to strain it! This chair/headrest set should have height recommendations. I think it's appropriate for people 180 cm tall. My wife (155 cm tall) finds this headrest very uncomfortable as it pushes her head forward. If the headrest position could be adjusted further down, then it would be suitable for many people.2
