disappointing!Anonymous reviewerI have purchased this chair because I needed to rest my neck for recovery after suffering cervical fracture two months ago. In the promotional video the headrest could be vertically adjusted, an important feature for sensitive necks. There was no human height recommendation. I am 170 cm tall and so despite its pricey tag, I bought it. However, after it arrived, I found that even the lowest setting of the headrest is somewhat high for me in the upright position, and in reclining it even gets further away from my neck. As a result, I find myself straining my neck more often than resting. I bought it to rest, not to wrestle with!
My wife (155 cm) finds it very uncomfortable as it pushes her head forward. This chair is probably appropriate for taller (180 cm +) people.
If it were possible to adjust the headrest position lower than its current lowest setting, then it would suit shorter people as well.
At least IKEA should provide height recommendations in the description.
