Too high!Anonymous reviewerIt was sold as a chair/headrest set. I bought it because I needed to support my neck after suffering a cervical fracture last May. In the promotion video the headrest could be vertically adjusted, a very good feature for sensitive necks. There was no height recommendation in the descriptions of the product. I am 170cm tall, and so I bought it despite its pricey tag.
However, when it arrived, I found that it was a bit too high for me and when I recline the headrest gets further up away from my neck. So I find myself straining my neck more often than resting. I bought it to rest, not to wrestle with it!
The product should have height recommendations - I think it's suitable for people 180 cm tall.
My wife (155cm) finds the headrest forces her head forward, very uncomfortable.
If the headrest could be lowered further down, then it would suit not only taller people, but shorter people as well.
