Disappointed - Changes in MaterialsAnonymous reviewerWe have owned this sofa five times in three different countries. It has become a staple in our family. However, this particular sofa has severe issues. The main cushion is permanently indented. We have only had this sofa since August and it is almost unusable at this point. I am not sure what changed in materials or manufacturing, but the foam is not good. We used a third party to purchase and assemble this couch, but I am hopeful a replacement, with proper cushioning can be provided. My ratings are based on this particular sofa and not the ones we have had in the past.3

Poor Cushion QualityAnonymous reviewerExtending a Sofa to a full double bed is what I wanted and Friheten does that quite well (which is 10% of my use-case). The remaining 90% of the times it is a Sofa and after a year or so, you want to get rid of it. The foam/cushion quality is pretty poor and you sink in when seated, which is not good for your back/shoulders or the whole body. 3

Comments on Friheten after several weeks of useAnonymous reviewerFollowing the instructions, the assembling is straightforward. I do not face any difficulty. This product is versatile because you can arrange it either be a sofa or a bed. One thing that does not satisfy me is that when I arrange Friheten as a bed, the surface is not flat. There are some places are more deeper than others.4

What is coated fabric?
