Invoice payment-only account card

An invoice account is a service that allows customers who have purchased IKEA products to pay by invoice. Customers who become cardholders will be able to pay for each purchase at IKEA stores, IKEA online stores and telephone ordering services by bank transfer according to the invoice sent to them after purchase. *1
*1 It cannot be used to pay for food and beverages sold at IKEA restaurants, Swedish restaurants or Swedish bistros, as well as IKEA Gift Cards.
- A credit limit is set in advance for transactions with an account card dedicated to bill payment. The limit is reduced by purchase and returned by payment.
- Payment for the purchase amount must be made within 60 days from the invoice issue date.
- Any payment-related fees, such as processing charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

Online application and payment information
Starting from Wednesday, March 12, 2025, to enhance customer convenience, online account card applications and invoice payments are now available. You can use them by following the steps below:
Online Application: You can easily apply through our website. All you have to do is fill in the required information, upload the required documents, and click the submit button.
Online Payment: After selecting invoice payment on the payment screen, you can make the payment online by entering your account card number. *Please enter the same billing address as the one registered in your account in the billing address input field.

How to apply
For Online Applications:
An IKEA Business Network account is required for use.
1. Prepare the required documents and fill out the application form.
2. Print out the PDF of the completed form, affix your official seal (or personal seal for non-corporate or non-sole proprietors) and upload it along with the necessary documents.
3. Review based on the application details.

Required Documents
Corporate Customers:
•Original company seal registration certificate (copy allowed, issued within the last 3 months)
Sole Proprietors:
•Original personal seal registration certificate (copy allowed, issued within the last 3 months)
•One of the following documents:
•For those who have filed a tax return: Copy of the blue tax return with the tax office stamp
*If filed via e-Tax, a copy of the electronic filing data (PDF)
•For those who have not filed a tax return: Business commencement or cessation notification form
Government Agencies or Other Customers:
•Business card of the applicant
•A brochure or document confirming the registered address•
*For customers applying online, please scan each document in advance and upload the files on the specified screen.

Customers can easily verify their billing information online. Compared to the traditional mail delivery method, the following benefits apply:
•The invoice arrival speed is 1-2 days faster.
•You can check and download invoice information for the past year at any time.
