How do I make a claim on a product?

If there's anything wrong with your product, please contact our Customer Support Centre via phone.

Make sure to have your receipt or 9-digit order number with you and contact us.
Also, assembly instructions and part numbers are required to identify the defective part or parts.
Images of the product or faulty part (depending on the situation, you may be asked to send these to us).

If you do not have your order number, please look for the 8-digit product number sticker on the product.
If you do not have the assembly instructions, you can download it from the product page on our website.
