My order is incomplete, what do I do?
Please go over your list of purchased items and open the boxes, as several items might come in one box. In some cases, delivery is divided and delivery arrangements are made.
Go to track & manage my order to see if the delivery is divided and the item has yet to be delivered to you.
If all stores are out of stock, we will refund the product/s price. Please note that although we endeavour to deliver your item/s at the designated time, deliveries may be delayed as a result of traffic congestion etc. for which we kindly ask your understanding.
