What is EMV 3D secure (3D secure 2.0) ?
EMV 3D secure (3D secure 2.0) is an anti-fraud protection system provided by credit card companies to protect the card holder against the use of your card by fraudsters.
IKEA online store have implemented the cardholder authentication service 3D Secure 2.0 sequentially from June 2024 to provide our customers with a safer and more secure way to use our website.
It will apply to credit card payments at the IKEA online store, IKEA app, and Phone Purchase (including some payments at stores).
If you have not registered for the 3D Secure 2.0 service, you may not be able to use your credit card on this site.
*If you encounter problems with registration or verification, please contact your card issuing bank directly.
*EMV 3D secure (3D secure 2.0) is the general term for authentication services provided by each card brands under different names.
