Are wheelchairs available?
Yes, we are available free of charge at all IKEA stores except IKEA Shibuya.
Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge. To use one, please ask co-worker on the ground floor (first floor) entrance.

To use this service, add your desired products to your cart and select the "Pick up in store" or "Choose a Pick-up Point" option at checkout. Please select your preferred pick-up location and time slot. You will receive a confirmation email with the pick-up details.
