Can another person pick up the product at an IKEA store?
Yes, you can also pick it up on behalf of the orderer.
If you are coming to pick up product, please be prepared to present the following emails. (We generally do not verify your identity, but there are cases where we may do so.)
- An email with the subject "Notification of picking up your product"
- If picking up at IKEA Harajuku, IKEA Shibuya, or IKEA Shinjuku: The subject will be "IKEA order number:" or "[IKEA XXX] order number"
