If you wish to check stock availability at a particular store, you can now ask BILLIE, our Virtual Assistant via the Contact us page.
If you are placing an online order, simply add your chosen items to your shopping bag and enter your postcode to calculate the delivery date and cost. If any articles are not available for online purchase, you will be notified at this stage.
Can I return items?

Can I track my delivery?
Your order confirmation will confirm the type of delivery you are expecting. You can track your order in the following ways:
Smaller delivery: DPD will contact you, usually the day before delivery, with information on how to track your order. Please note, we are unable to view any additional information from what is shown on the DPD tracking site.
Larger delivery: You should receive a text message on the morning of your delivery which will include a tracking link to our live map site where you can follow the progress of our delivery team.
If you have purchased online you will be able to use our order tracker to check the latest status of your order. You will need your order number, postcode and the email address you gave when the order was placed.
Are dogs allowed in IKEA stores?
Registered service dogs, such as guide dogs and hearing assistance dogs, are always welcome!
We ask you to leave your furry friends at home, as we are unable to allow them into the store. Unless, of course, they are registered service dogs, such as guide dogs and hearing assistance dogs, or registered emotional support dogs, who are all always welcome!
