1.3     The member will be given a membership number shown as a digital membership card with a QR code on the member’s profile after registration.

1.4     Membership in the IKEA Business Network loyalty programme is free of charg.

1.5     The future member will need to agree to these Terms of Membership on registering.

2. IKEA Business Network loyalty programme

The IKEA Business Network provides members with a variety of benefits from IKEA Germany. All benefits are available exclusively to the IKEA Business Network member and team members. Passing on, sharing, downloading, copying, or otherwise allowing third parties to use the benefits is not permitted.

The business can view the digital invoice from each purchase made using an IKEA Business Network profile in the customer portal. This does not apply where the business has chosen to pay for the purchases on account as a payment option. Here, the customer will only be sent an invoice by e-mail; the invoice will not be shown in the customer portal.

Member benefits include:

Special offers: IKEA provides exclusive offers for IKEA Business Network members. Each offer is marked accordingly and may apply to products or services.

Transport and assembly assurance: Members receive replacements for any damage to purchases that may occur during transport or assembly. Claims need to be filed with Customer Service.

Interior design consulting for businesses: Members can book a free one-hour interior design consultation session.

Free hot drink: Members receive a free hot drink on presentation of an IKEA Business Network membership card at the IKEA Swedish restaurant. This is limited to one free hot drink per day per IKEA Business Network member.

Learn with IKEA: An IKEA Business Network profile gives members access to the Learn with IKEA programme providing training and information on various topics.

Partner offers for your team: An IKEA Business Network profile gives members access to a partner platform with discount voucher purchases and products from various retailers. Members can also add team members to the IKEA Business Network account of the business, giving them access to the partner platform as well.

BELÖNA reward points: Members are given BELÖNA reward points every time they purchase goods with an IKEA Business Network membership card. BELÖNA reward points can be redeemed as follows: See Section 5 for details on collecting and redeeming BELÖNA reward points.

Exact availability of benefits may vary by date, season, and region. Note that members are not legally entitled to claim any or all IKEA Business Network benefits.

3. No commercial resale; extraordinary right of termination for cause

3.1     The IKEA Business Network loyalty programme is not intended for commercial resellers. IKEA does not sell products to commercial resellers.

3.2      Selling IKEA products commercially through the IKEA Business Network loyalty programme such as on the internet shall count as cause for IKEA to terminate membership of the IKEA Business Network loyalty programme with immediate effect. Termination will be served by e-mail. All BELÖNA reward points collected so far will be forfeited on termination.

4. Card loss and login misuse

4.1      Members can view their member’s digital membership card in the member profile at IKEA.de/Login in the event of losing an IKEA Business Network membership card.

4.2     Members must keep their login data secret from unauthorised third parties to avoid misuse.

5. BELÖNA reward points

5.1     Members need to present their IKEA Business Network membership card with each purchase to collect BELÖNA reward points. Purchases made presenting an IKEA FAMILY card cannot be converted into IKEA Business Network loyalty programme purchases later on. BELÖNA reward points cannot be given retrospectively.

5.2     Business customers will be given one BELÖNA reward point for every full euro paid in purchases.

5.3     BELÖNA reward points will not be given for services such as transport and assembly, Click & Collect orders, gift cards or IKEA FOOD products.

5.4     IKEA may deduct the corresponding points after members return goods under the IKEA return policy or after incorrect entries or misuse.

5.5    Members may invite team members or colleagues to join an IKEA Business Network loyalty programme profile. The profile page has an invitation function for the purpose. All invitees need to do is to accept the invitation and provide their first and last name and an e-mail address together with their position in the company and choose a password, and they will be included in the IKEA Business Network business customer profile to enjoy the benefits of the IKEA Business Network loyalty programme for their business. There are two different roles in each IKEA Business Network profile. The person who created an IKEA Business Network profile is the profile administrator. Administrators can invite others to their IKEA Business Network profile and assign them administrator or user roles. Administrators can manage the profile, update information, invite or delete other profile members, view invoices, and redeem BELÖNA reward points for promotion cards. Users can only update their own profile and view company information and invoices.

5.6      BELÖNA reward points are logged under the respective number of the business customer. All purchases made using an IKEA Business Network membership card along with the current BELÖNA reward points total can be viewed in the IKEA Business Network customer profile at IKEA.de/Login at any time.

5.7     The IKEA Customer Service Centre is responsible for managing any objections to the accuracy or completeness of the logging of BELÖNA reward points; the Service Centre can be contacted using the contact form at www.IKEA.de/Kontakt no later than four weeks after the points have been logged. Members need to provide documentation of inaccuracy or incompleteness. Failure to raise objections in a timely manner shall be deemed as approval of the BELÖNA reward points total.

5.8     BELÖNA reward points can be redeemed for promotion cards in the IKEA Business Network profile. BELÖNA reward points cannot be paid out in cash. BELÖNA bonus points can only be redeemed at a minimum total of 2,000 BELÖNA bonus points (equivalent to €2,000 worth of goods). Batches of 2,000, 5,000 and 20,000 BELÖNA reward points can be redeemed.

5.9    BELÖNA reward points are non-transferable.

5.10     Refer to IKEA.de/Unternehmen or ask at any IKEA store for current promotion card terms.

5.11    The promotion cards are generated in the profile. The promotion card and a QR code will be shown in the profile page once generated by the member.

5.12    Promotion cards are valid for six (6) months after activation by IKEA. Each promotion card will be activated within one working day.

5.13   Promotion cards can only be redeemed at IKEA stores, and are not valid for online purchases or central warehouse deliveries. Scan the promotion card at the checkout to redeem it.

5.14   BELÖNA reward points expire twenty-four months after the date of purchase or on membership termination. IKEA will e-mail members on the current BELÖNA total and expiry date sixteen and four weeks before the points expire.

6. Liability

6.1     IKEA shall be liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, or for damages to life, limb or health, or in cases involving statutory liability regardless of fault.

6.2     IKEA shall only be held liable for direct, foreseeable, and typical damages in the event of minor negligence in breach of cardinal contract obligations. Cardinal obligations are obligations essential to contractual fulfilment according to the spirit and purpose of the contract such that a business customer can regularly rely on such obligations being fulfilled.

6.3    IKEA shall not be liable for minor negligence in breach of subordinate obligations.

7. Termination of membership

7.1     Members may terminate their membership in the IKEA Business Network loyalty programme at any time without notice by deregistering in their IKEA Business Network profile at IKEA.de/Login with the IKEA Service Centre using the contact form on the IKEA website.

7.2     Any BELÖNA bonus points already collected need to be redeemed before termination to prevent forfeiture.

8. Alterations or additions to the General Terms of Membership

8.1     IKEA reserves the right to discontinue, supplement, or alter the scope of services in the IKEA Business Network loyalty programme at reasonable notice or without notice for good cause.

8.2     IKEA also reserves the right to change or supplement the General Terms of Membership if necessary in the interests of simple and secure processing or especially to prevent misuse.

8.3     IKEA shall notify members of any changes in a timely manner, such as on the internet at IKEA.de/Unternehmen, in the customer portal, and by e-mail.

8.4     Any change shall be deemed approved if the respective member does not terminate membership within one month of notification according to 7.1. Members will be informed of this again separately in the notification.
