Lost or forgotten something at one of our IKEA stores? We deposit any items we find at the customer service desk.

How to get your lost or forgotten item back
We’ll need to know that the item you’ve lost really belongs to you. Please give us as many details as you can remember when asking for your item. As soon as we’re sure that the item in question belongs to you, you can collect it from our customer service desk at the furniture store where you lost it. You’ll find the customer service desk near the exit at all our IKEA stores.
Remember to describe your lost personal property in detail so we can be sure it belongs to you. We’ll not be able to return the item to you otherwise. Forgotten something you’ve bought and paid for? We’ll be happy to return it to you after confirming your proof of purchase. Obviously, we’ll only be able to return it to you if we’ve found it.
If you cannot come to the IKEA store in person, we’ll be happy to check whether the missing item has been found. Contact us using our contact form.
