Many IKEA stores are happy to hire out vans to help you get your purchases home. This gives you a convenient option for getting everything home.

Prices

Rate per hour (minimum duration: two hours)

  • €19.90

Day rate (Monday to Thursday)

  • €99€
  • IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network €89 

Night rate (business closing on the day until opening next day)

  • €59.90€
  • IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network €44.90

Weekend rate (business closes Saturday until opening on Monday)

  • €139.90€ 
  • IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network €104.90 

Prices include 100 km.
Each additional kilometre will be charged at €0.19 per km.

How to use this service

Requirements for registration and hire:

  • You need to be at least nineteen.         
  • You will need a valid credit card or PayPal account.
  • You will need to have had a valid driving licence for at least one year.

Please note that some IKEA stores work with another provider, so different prices may apply.

Good to know

  • Pick up and return at your local IKEA store.         
  • You can also dispose of packaging material at IKEA immediately after returning the trailer.         
  • Please return the van with a full tank.
  • Remember you will be responsible for your own hygiene and safety when you hire a van.
  • Please bring disposable gloves and disinfectants with you and use them.
