Click & Collect

You’re in control with Click & Collect. You can order online and choose when and where you want to collect your order. By the time you come to the IKEA location you have selected, we’ll have put your whole order together for you. This leaves you with more time and energy to set up and enjoy your new items.

Prices

Pick up at the store:

free of charge for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members from purchase value of 50€ upwards per order

4.90€ regular-price per order

 

Collection at an IKEA pick-up point:

20€ per order

Pick-up

You can pick up your Click & Collect order at any IKEA store or at one of our pick-up points.

Pick-up points are signposted.


How to use this service

1. Place the items you require into the shopping bag.

2. Enter your postcode in the shopping bag and select Click & Collect.

3. In Click & Collect, select a location for collecting your order – your IKEA store or a pick-up point.

4. Select a date and time slot for collection, and complete your order. We’ll send you your order confirmation for collection by e-mail.

5. You can always track your order in your online profile or right here online.

6. We’ll put together your order shortly before your collection appointment on the day of collection and notify you by e-mail as soon as we’ve finished and you can collect your purchases.

7. You can then come and collect your Click & Collect order and bring it home.

8. Many IKEA stores hire out trailers and vans to help you get your new purchases home.


Good to know

  • Remember to bring your confirmation (sent to you by e-mail) and official photo ID to collect your order.
  • You can also authorise someone else to collect your item. This person will then need the order confirmation, your authorisation filled out and signed by you*, and his or her photo ID.
  • Make sure you collect your order or have it collected at the arranged time slot. We’ll remind you of your pending collection by e-mail and/or phone and set a grace period of one working day if you haven’t managed to pick up the item during the arranged time slot. IKEA may withdraw from the contract and refund you the full purchase price on expiry of the grace period.
