There are various ways of paying using our financing services. Furnishing your home and need a helping hand? Our financing services provide more flexible payment options using an IKEA payment plan.

There are lots of reasons to join IKEA Family such as free IKEA Family insurance and a free hot drink at IKEA restaurants. Our IKEA Family credit card for IKEA Family members gives you even more. You can collect points and earn rewards when you pay using your IKEA Family credit card at an IKEA store, online, or at another store.

Just swipe the card at the checkout or enter the card number.

Already have an IKEA Family payment card? Great! You can still use it for purchases at IKEA and selected payment points. IKEA Family payment cards have been replaced by our IKEA Family credit card and can no longer be applied for.

​Purchasing on account allows you to shop and pay conveniently on invoice within a thirty-day payment period. We’ll send you your invoices by e-mail. A positive credit check is required.

We accept Apple Pay on IKEA.de and Click & Collect.

We’ve partnered with Klarna for purchasing on account. By paying on account with Klarna, you pay for your online purchase within thirty days after delivery. You will need to contact Klarna if you have any questions about payment using this option.

We provide purchasing on account using Ratepay online payment for purchases at €1,000 or above after consulting one of our interior design consultants.

Our online payment platform will show you this account purchase option through our partner Ratepay, which will allow you to pay within thirty days after goods delivery subject to a favourable risk assessment.

You will need to contact Ratepay if you have any questions about payment using this option. 

When using the purchase on account with Ratepay, the order will only be handed over to you on presentation of an official photo ID. If you as the customer are unable to accept the goods, you can authorise another person to accept the goods. The authorised person requires the power of attorney completed and signed by you, as well as his/her photo ID.
