What should I do if I can't log into my IKEA Family account?
If you have forgotten your password, you can login with a one-time code or reset your password.
Have you forgotten your password? No problem! On the login screen, enter your E-mail for the one-time-code or click on "Log in with your Password" and "Forgot your password?", and an email or text message will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password. If you have not received these instructions, double-check that the email address is correct and that it's not located in your junk folder.
