How can I add my e-mail address to my existing IKEA Family member profile?
Enter “Family E-Mail” in our chat if you do not yet have an e-mail address in your profile.
Have your IKEA Family number ready. We will then add your e-mail address to your profile.
We are available Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
We are closed on public holidays throughout Germany.
It's easy to change your name, address or settings for your IKEA Family profile.
