Do I need my proof of purchase if I want to sell my product back to IKEA?
For our Second Chance Buyback service, proof of purchase is not required. However, your item must be identifiable as an IKEA product.
- be identifiable as an IKEA product (by product sticker or stamp)
- be in good, resalable condition
- be listed below as eligible
- be complete and fully functional
- be properly assembled upon return
- be clean and unaltered
