Can I make changes to my order?
You can make some changes to your order. This depends on the delivery method and the status of your order.
You can make other changes yourself. Simply call up your order.
Under My purchases and Manage orders, you will see all the options that are still possible for the current order status.
Customised products can no longer be changed or cancelled.
If you cannot adjust your order yourself, contact us via the IKEA chat and we will be happy to help you.
