Can I have my old sofa disposed of?
When we deliver a new IKEA sofa, we offer to collect and dispose of your used sofa.
We'll be happy to book the service for you.
Please note that we require a lead time of seven days and that your sofa will be ready on the day of collection.

You can have your old furniture picked up when our service partner delivers your new furniture. Note the conditions that apply.

Once you’ve entered your postal code, we’ll show you all available order options. Choose “Standard Delivery” for relaxed planning or “Express Delivery” if you’re in a hurry. Select a delivery date and then enter your personal details. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your fixed delivery date. On the day of delivery, please ensure that access to your delivery location is clear. Important for you: An adult must sign upon delivery. The drivers will bring your order into a room of your choice. Please check right away whether everything has arrived undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, simply contact our IKEA Customer Service — we’ll take care of it!
