Can I make a complaint about products from the FAKTUM kitchen range?
You can make a complaint about your FAKTUM product within the warranty period.
All you need is the original proof of purchase. For a complaint, we are personally at the customer service desk in the IKEA store.

We will be happy to check how we can process your request.
After more than 20 years, the FAKTUM kitchen system was replaced by our METOD kitchen system and has no longer been in the range since June 2014.
