Can I return products to IKEA by parcel?
Within the 365-day right of return, you can return parcelled products to us free of charge.
Simply prepare your return yourself online:

Log in to dein Profil,

Click on ‘Your purchases’,

Select the relevant purchase,

Under ‘Manage my purchases and orders’ you will find the return button,

Follow the question route, select ‘Free return by post in a parcel’ and complete it,

Please note:
- The parcel may be a maximum of L: 120 cm x H: 60 cm x W: 60 cm and weigh a maximum of 30 kg.
- It is not possible to return items from different orders in one parcel.
It is possible to return an item that is open or assembled if the item is complete and clean. Remember to bring your receipt or proof of purchase to an IKEA store for your return.
