I can't find the barcode of the product to scan it with the Shop & Go app, what now?
Sometimes it is difficult to find or scan the barcode on a product. In such a case, you will almost always find an identical product with a scannable barcode.
If you have the latest version of the IKEA app installed, you can also enter the eight-digit article number manually.
If it is not possible to scan a product at all, please contact a member of staff at the checkout.
