Can I use the 365-day return policy even if I no longer have proof of purchase?
If you change your mind and want to return something, we need your proof of purchase. You can show us the original or digital proof of purchase.
As an IKEA Family customer, you can register all your purchases and access your proof of purchase in your profile. The same applies if you like to shop online using your IKEA profile.
However, it is not possible to make a return without proof of purchase.
