Can I return my old electrical appliance to IKEA?

Yes, you can return your old electrical appliance to your IKEA store under certain conditions.

 

We will dispose of the device professionally for you and send it for recycling.

Your old appliance does not have to be from IKEA and you do not need proof of purchase for this appliance.


Important: You are responsible for deleting any existing personal data before returning it to us.

Small appliance with an edge length of less than 25 cm

Elektrogeräte mit einer maximalen Kantenlänge von weniger als 25 cm kannst du am Umtauschschalter im IKEA Einrichtungshaus oder über interzero zurück geben. You can return electrical appliances with a maximum edge length of less than 25 cm at the exchange counter in the IKEA store or via interzero. 

Large appliance with an edge length of more than 25 cm

We will take back electrical appliances whose smallest edge length exceeds 25 cm if you buy a similar appliance from us.

This applies, for example, to refrigerators, televisions, extractor hoods and the like. You can return the appliance at the exchange counter in the IKEA store.
