What happens if I miss the delivery date with the shipping company?

We kindly ask you to keep your delivery date.

If our forwarding agent does not arrive within the agreed delivery time, he will inform us immediately. We will then also try to reach you by telephone. If you are on site within ten minutes, the delivery can still take place.

If the delivery date still does not materialize, we will contact you to arrange a new date.

In this case, you will incur additional costs for the second journey and storage fees. Please refer to our
