How can I change my Click & Collect collection date?
You are not able to pick up your order on the agreed date? No problem! Do you know that an authorized person can also collect your goods?
If you still want to change your pick-up date, you can do so in our self-service portal.
Please note that a change is only possible up to a certain order status.
It is not possible to change the address or add or cancel individual products.
