Who are the “taskers” who work for you during an assembly by Taskrabbit?
The Taskrabbit network consists of self-employed installers who call themselves “Tasker”. Taskers are independent and self-employed individuals with a trade license or Tasker companies who enter into a contract with you.
The fitter carrying out the work is the Tasker himself or an employee of the Tasker company.
Taskers all come from very different backgrounds. In addition to self-employed tradespeople, it is mainly young professionals, parents on parental leave, pensioners, students and others who offer their help and want to earn some extra money.
Customers rate the Tasker's performance online, so that there is the greatest possible transparency regarding satisfaction with the services provided. Tasker requires at least 97% customer satisfaction to be able to offer their services for the IKEA program.
Tasker with a lower customer satisfaction rating will no longer be placed for IKEA furniture assembly.
We are sorry that the installation was not carried out to your complete satisfaction.
