How does an IKEA Pick-up Box work?
IKEA Pick-up Boxes are similar to parcel stations and allow you to pick up your Click & Collect purchases regardless of the store's opening hours. We currently offer this service at our stores in Berlin Tempelhof and Berlin Spandau.
You can use the IKEA Pick-up Box for your Click & Collect purchases by clicking on it during the ordering process under ‘Select your store’ and then selecting your pick-up day.
As soon as the products are ready in the Pick-up Box, you will receive a text message with the pick-up code to the phone number you provided. You can only open the Pick-up Box compartment with this code. If you have not received a code, chat with us.
Simply enter the eight-digit number at the terminal and the compartment door will open automatically.
