How can I check the balance on a promotional or gift card?
You can check your promotional or gift card online or in the IKEA store.
- To do this, simply use the balance query and log in with your IKEA profile.
- Then enter the last 13 digits of your gift or credit card and the PIN code.
If you have a promotional card, the PIN code is not necessary. You will then know the amount on your card. After using your card for a purchase, the remaining balance will be shown on the receipt.
You cannot find out the balance on your card by phone or email.
