How do I scan an order that IKEA has booked for me or that I have created myself at an info point?
To do this, simply scan the Shop & Go QR code displayed at the end of your order. If you have a printed order, you can of course conveniently transfer it to the checkout together with your Shop & Go purchase and pay. To do this, first scan your Shop & Go QR code at an express checkout and then scan the barcode of your order.
