How do I get spare parts for my IKEA product?
Missing some screws or other hardware, or found faulty parts in your product? There are two ways of getting replacements.
If the part has a 6 or 8-digit spare part number, you can just reorder it online from our spare parts service. You’ll find the number you need in the assembly instructions included with the product or in the assembly instructions on our German website.
No spare part number for the part you need? Contact our customer service at your local IKEA store. If the individual component is in stock, we’ll be happy to provide you with it. Remember to bring the original purchase receipt for your IKEA product if you wish to file a complaint.
