What can I do if a planner does not work?

In the event of an error in one of our planners, please delete your cache. If this does not help, check whether your computer meets the requirements. Smartphones & tablets are currently not supported.

In order to maintain a correct display in the planning environment, it may be useful to clear the cache from time to time. This ensures that the updates installed by IKEA are taken into account.
