Why do I have a negative points balance?
If you buy something, receive points for it, redeem them for a coupon and then return the goods after using the coupon, this can result in a negative points balance. This can be balanced out again with your next purchases. Your points balance is updated after 24-48 hours.
Points can be granted in multiple stages, depending on the type of purchase you've made.
