Why can't I see the Shop & Go function in the app?
The Shop & Go function is already available in many countries, but not in all.
If you have a customer profile from another country, it is possible that the function will not be displayed.
You can set the country in your customer profile under “Language & region”.
Simply scan the QR code with your cell phone or activate the function in the IKEA app.
