What do I do if there are packages missing from my order?
Bear in mind that your delivery could be incomplete if we have split your order into several shipments. We will do this to avoid damage or for logistical reasons.
- The quickest way to get individual parts of your item or whole missing items is to go to an IKEA store. It doesn’t matter how you bought the items from IKEA Germany.
- Just contact our customer service/exchange co-workers at the IKEA store directly with your purchase documents.
- We are happy to help you in the chat. Then type the word ‘Reklamation’ in the text box.
