What do I do if there are packages missing from my order?
Bear in mind that your delivery could be incomplete if we have split your order into several shipments. We will do this to avoid damage or for logistical reasons.

Have all part shipments been delivered and you’re still missing a package?

The quickest way to get individual parts of your item or whole missing items is to go to an IKEA store. It doesn’t matter how you bought the items from IKEA Germany.

Just contact our customer service/exchange co-workers at the IKEA store directly with your purchase documents.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we ask you to make sure you keep your collection appointment. If you are unable to do so for important reasons, please pick up your order as soon as possible, but no later than the next day.
