How do I receive my refund?
If you return your products or cancel an order, the refund will be issued using the same payment method you originally used.
Refunds are processed immediately after the returned products are received or after the order is canceled. Depending on the refund method, it may take three to eight business days for the amount to appear in your account.
You can see the status of your refund in your profile.
