How long does it take to get a spare part delivered?
Depending on where the spare part is shipped from, it can take up to 5 business days for smaller spare parts, like screws, to be delivered. For larger spare parts like a table leg, it can take up to 3 weeks.
In some cases, you will be asked to confirm your spare part order by email. The confirmation link is valid for 36 hours. If you do not confirm, your order will expire.
You can follow the status in your profile via a link in your confirmation email.
